Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing and using services provided by Beijing Juxing Future Technology Co., Ltd. ("Qingshi Yun"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Qingshi Yun provides AI services including Smart Pricing, Smart Scheduling and Smart Risk Control to help B2B enterprises upgrade intelligence. Specific offerings are as actually provided.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete registration and usage information
  • Safeguard account credentials and remain responsible for account activity
  • Comply with applicable laws; do not use services for illegal purposes
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt normal service operation

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Qingshi Yun services, including software, technology, documentation and UI design, is protected by IP law. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution or derivative works are prohibited.

5. Availability

We strive for stability and availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or terminate services at any time.

6. Fees and Payment

Some services may require payment. Fees are in CNY. Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable once completed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise, submit to the Changping District People's Court of Beijing.

We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website; continued use constitutes acceptance.
